The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and complete store measurements.
• Perform detailed recovery, review planogram integrity, and complete cycle counts.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift, and reach merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Complete training and operate equipment like forklifts if qualified.
