Reset Specialist (Seasonal) – Pepsi Co

PBNA $21.30 / hour – 8‑10 hour shift. Entry‑level position in sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Reset shelves, coolers, and other points of purchase to meet merchandising standards and customer contracts.
• Keep back‑room stock neat and orderly.
• Utilize point‑of‑purchase standards in each account.
• Establish positive relationships with cross‑functional contacts and primary contacts at each account.
• Serve customers with communication, rapport building, and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Operate under minimal supervision and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass the background check.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, proof of insurance, and personal transportation to multi‑store locations within the assigned shift.
• Forklift test if applicable.
• Physical ability to lift, load, push, pull cases weighing 20‑45 pounds repeatedly throughout an 8‑10 hour work period; bend, reach, and squat as needed.

Helpful

Experience:

• Retail or grocery store experience, understanding store operations, back‑room inventory, and stocking aisles.
• Customer service experience handling complaints and requests.
• Experience moving equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, or dollies.

Location:

Livingston, LA – travel to multiple convenience, gas, drug, and grocery stores.
