• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and be driven by metrics
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs

• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Familiarity with retail technology and systems
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
