Location: Avery Island, LA

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour

Schedule: 8am-4pm (Every other weekend)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• 1-2 years of retail, cashier, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Experience handling customer transactions and operating a cash register is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a busy retail environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to stock shelves, move merchandise, and perform light cleaning duties.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.

• Open and prepare the store for daily visitors.
• Stock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays throughout the day.
• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and general questions.
• Operate the cash register and complete retail transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide information to customers.
• Prepare, maintain, and operate the store's specialty product bar.
• Assist with inventory counts and merchandise organization.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Close and secure the store at the end of the day.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing a well-known, established brand.
