Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced and involves indoor/outdoor delivery of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $23.58 per hour until assigned a route.
• Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment.
• Majority of work is on a 4‑day workweek.
• No nights or weekends.
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

• Represent Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
