What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct face‑to‑face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and key purchase influencers to demonstrate and sell surgical products
  • Execute Sales Action Plans effectively, using personal transportation for inventory management
  • Strategically plan and execute sales calls to various medical facilities and departments within the territory
  • Provide support to clinical personnel regarding products in surgical environments
  • Maintain company property and inventory in good working condition and report competitive activity to management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds and handle demonstration equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Successful medical sales record, preferably with ENT products
  • Knowledge of ENT assigned product/therapy customer base
  • Experience working with Medtronic products or similar medical devices
  • Familiarity with the sales process within healthcare settings
  • Local candidates preferred for better accessibility to accounts
