Sales Professional - Canal Place

Summary

The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client-focused service within the showroom, using storytelling and product knowledge to create memorable experiences. This role builds and maintains client relationships, remains current on timepiece and jewelry collections, and supports showroom hospitality standards. The Sales Professional is responsible for meeting client needs through consultative selling and effective use of company systems.

• Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM and relationship-building techniques.
• Maintain and develop product and industry knowledge for brands, collections and pieces carried in the showroom.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage and support showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks, use required company systems, and take in and deliver client repairs as needed.

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Excellent client service, selling, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry and strong storytelling ability.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift packages when required.
