Research Track, Assistant Professor, Neurosurgery, Researcher, Bix Lab
The Department of Neurological Surgery at Tulane University School of Medicine is seeking a neurosurgery researcher to join the faculty as its Neuroscience program continues to expand.
Responsibilities- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses about brain function and behavior.
- Analyze data using statistical and computational methods to draw conclusions about the brain and nervous system.
- Collaborate with other researchers and scientific teams to share ideas and resources.
- Present research findings at conferences and publish papers in scientific journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and students in laboratory techniques and scientific methodology.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the field of neuroscience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and data.
