Position:
Full‑time (40+ hrs) onsite in New Orleans, LA. No hybrid or remote options. Preference will be given to local applicants.

As a Study Start Up Coordinator, you will plan, execute, and oversee clinical research projects to ensure successful completion while adhering to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards. This is a project‑management role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

• Lead and manage clinical research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to guarantee successful execution.
• Monitor study progress and proactively identify deviations, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Motivate clinical teams and facilitate effective communication among team members, sponsors, and vendors.
• Ensure all activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company SOPs.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee data accuracy and integrity, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting activities in partnership with the data management team.
• Prepare project progress reports, clearly communicating study status and key performance indicators to stakeholders.

• Required:
  
  1–2 years of professional work experience.
• Required:
  
  B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university.

• Preferred:
  Experience working cross‑functionally across departments or shared services teams.
