Act as oversight and security agent for management and customers. Observe casinos for irregular activities. Provide verbal and written reports of all violations and suspicious behavior to supervisor.

• Document procedure infractions
• Document incidents of theft, etc.
• Conduct or assign Close Watch or other special surveillance
• Inform Director of special observation requests
• Forward all reports to Director
• Recommend Close Watch on personnel observed to be acting suspiciously
• Make proper notifications of Gaming and other violations
• Represent Director in his absence
• Perform all other duties, as assigned

Must be 21 years or older. Must be able to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission.

3-5 years of experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Work involves lifting, walking, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and climbing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Office/Casino environment; subject to outdoor temperature; exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise asional extreme heat or cold.
