Security Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our professional security team. The position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property.

• Conduct systematic surveillance and patrol of hotel premises, casino floor, and exterior areas
• Execute regular security rounds utilizing foot patrol, bicycle, or authorized company vehicles
• Implement emergency response protocols and procedures when required
• Manage and control access to restricted areas through proper key management procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation and incident reports according to established protocols
• Perform additional security duties as assigned by management

This position requires vigilance and professionalism in maintaining the security and safety standards of our establishment.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Physical capability to maintain continuous mobility throughout assigned shift
• Ability to perform essential physical functions including lifting, reaching, kneeling, and bending as required for security operations
• Previous casino security experience or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Must obtain and maintain all necessary security certifications and licenses as required by state regulations and company policy

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
