- The position involves collaborating with security officers, facility management, and law‑enforcement agencies when necessary
- CCTV Operators may also support access control, visitor management, and alarm monitoring based on company requirements
- The ideal candidate should be disciplined, proactive, and able to remain alert during repetitive tasks and long monitoring hours
- Familiarity with surveillance tools, DVR/NVR systems, and basic computer operations is beneficial
