Responsibilities

Skilled plumbing work in the supervision of journeyman plumbers and steam fitters in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems; and related work as required.

• A current Louisiana State Journeyman Plumber's license.
• One (1) year of plumbing experience earned after receipt of a Journeyman Plumber's license.
• Permanent status and one (1) year of experience as a Plumber with the City of New Orleans.
• Previous experience will be considered for qualification purposes, credit only for experience within the last ten (10) years.
