Job Overview
The role requires an individual who can perform all aspects of the Lineworker job function, including the day‑to‑day maintenance and construction of overhead and underground electrical facilities. The candidate will work in enclosed spaces, manholes, and vaults, and will be responsible for learning, performing, and/or leading lineworker tasks at various skill levels. A Live Safe mindset is required to mitigate hazards in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a well‑organized jobsite to ensure safety.
- Complete mandatory training such as First Aid, CPR, and other required safety courses.
- Perform tasks as escalated through Lineworker levels, from Helper to Senior within the Lineworker Mech program.
- Learn human performance and safety tools.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience by Level- Helper: 0–1 year.
- I: 6 months–1 year.
- II: 1.5–2 years.
- III: 2.5–3 years.
- Sr: 3.5–4 years.
