Roadway Safety Flagging Lead – RWIC;

Rail Pros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to perform on-site roadway worker protection around live railroad tracks and coordinate job sites, dispatch communications, and on-track safety in controlled and non-controlled areas.

This full-time role requires 100% travel across multiple states, daily briefings, form submissions, and strict adherence to safety rules. A GED and at least two years of track/construction experience are required, plus CP On Track Worker certification.
