• Uphold high-voltage safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area

• 10–15 years of hands‑on experience repairing and servicing industrial electric motors and generators
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills; experience with high‑voltage testing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and repair documentation
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and basic machining practices
• Self‑motivated; able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet quality standards without close supervision
• Preferred: motor rewinding experience, VPI process knowledge, or vibration analysis background

• Health, dental & vision
• PTO & paid holidays
• 401(k) with match
• Advancement opportunities

Qualified candidates with 10+ years in industrial motor & generator repair are encouraged to apply.
