Lead HVAC Installer

• Pay: $50,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience, performance, and applicable bonus opportunities

• Work as a Lead HVAC Installer serving New Orleans, Louisiana, St. Tammany Parish, and nearby communities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations according to applicable codes and company standards

• Install heating and air conditioning equipment and related HVAC components

• Troubleshoot installation issues and determine practical solutions in the field

• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Complete required installation documentation and job reports accurately

• Maintain safe, organized job sites

• Properly care for company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Participate in scheduled rotating weekend shifts

• Help ensure each residential HVAC installation meets company quality standards

• Minimum 1 year of lead residential HVAC installation experience

• Universal EPA Certification preferred, but not required

• Residential HVAC installation knowledge and hands‑on technical skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned installations to company standards

• Willingness to participate in rotating weekend shifts

• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or GED
