** for a distribution center in  
** Saint Rose, LA** .

This role is 1 st  shift and supports warehouse operations by moving, sorting, and preparing materials for shipment.

* Job Duties:

* + Load and unload pallets/cases using forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks

+ Use RF scanners or voice pick systems to scan and count inventory

+ Move products to correct locations in the warehouse

+ Build and load pallets for shipping

+ Operate forklifts, and cherry pickers up to 35 feet high

+ Wear a safety harness and follow all safety rules

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Forklift, cherry picker operation experience required

+ Distribution-center experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Available to work overtime
