Carline is seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Pilot to join our team. The Fleet Pilot will be responsible for operating the fleet vessel within the Mississippi River, ensuring thesafe and efficient transportation and delivery of barges to our customers and withing our fleet.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate vessels in a safe and efficient manner,adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
• Navigate vessel through within our fleet and surrounding customers, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with other crew members,dispatchers, and shore-based personnel
• Monitor vessel systems and perform regular maintenance and repairs as needed
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and best practices
• Maintain accurate records of vessel movements, cargo,and maintenance activities
• Participate in training programs and perform drills toensure readiness in emergency situations

• Valid USCG Master's License with a history of operating a vessel within a fleet
• Strong understanding of vessel operations, navigation,and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts and rotate from day shifts to night shifts
• Must be able to pass a drug test and company physical
