Inventory Control Specialist; GFS

• Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Research and process exception orders, receipts, and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable reports and dashboards
• Mentor team members on WMS best practices and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
• Proficient in operating material-handling equipment and using office tools such as Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating at all organizational levels
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred

• Experience with inventory management systems and leading process improvements
• Certification in CPIM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software
