** Service Contract Manager
** ensures the
** Quality
* * of the service agreements we provide and the realization of our

* * goals as it specifically relates to all aspects of the contractual service business.
The
** Service Contract Manager
** sets up and manages contract data and related information including but not limited to tasking checklists, planned maintenance, material procurement, agreement renewal, customer relations, agreement termination, and contract information support. They also ensure adherence to company processes and guidelines. Provide Sales support for contract needs. Operates as contract information liaison for service sales team as well as all other departments in the company.
Completes all assigned tasks per established processes and guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn, be a team player, and the ability to lead.

* Duties and Responsibilities:
****- Technical**:
* For new contracts, the
** Service Contract Manager
** creates electronic agreement folders, creates Preventative Maintenance worksheets, oversees materials orders with suppliers and creates COINS equipment files with associated hours
* For contract renewals/updates, the
** Service Contract Manager
** updates agreement folders, updates PM worksheet, updates materials order with supplier and updates COINS equipment file with associated updated hours per company policy and process.
* For contract cancellations, the Service Contract Manager digitizes and shreds agreement folders, removes PM worksheets, oversees cancellation of materials orders with suppliers and notifies Accounting
* Generate PMs batch for the next month. Oversees that the next month’s PMs list is sent to supplier to get materials on order
* Review requested changes in material for planned maintenance work orders and updated maintenance agreement files accordingly.**- Financial:
*** Generates Contract Status Reports as needed for various department employees
* Gathers analytical data and participates in renewal/escalation process
* Tracks contract renewal rate**- Sales and M
**** arketing:
*** Assists the Sales team with planned agreements, project proposals and RFP/Bid preparations
* Assists the Service department with supporting documentation, customer information, verbiage for contracts, etc.
* Assists with customer relations by handling customer requests (i.e. copies of contracts, service reports, etc.)
* Tracking and following of Internal Lead Forms
** Requirements:****- Technical:
*** 10+ years relevant Office/Administrative experience required (HVAC preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Ability to create or modify digital PDFs using Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu Extreme.
* Strong work ethic

* Strong communication skills
* Ability to think strategically and streamline processes**- Financial:
