General Dentist Associate Partner

Welcome to Comfort Dental Louisville!

We are seeking a full-time licensed dentist to join our practice either as an associate or as a partner.

Comfort Dental locations are individually owned and operated. Each office maintains 2-4 full-time dentists to share responsibilities and minimize operating costs. Having multiple doctors in each office reduces workload and increases take-home pay.

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Dentists rotate hours and typically work 33 clinical hours per week. It is expected that each dentist works 1-2 Saturdays per month. The extended hours mean longer days but fewer days per week, roughly 3 days out of every week.

Associate dentists are paid 30% of collections minus lab fees. Partners are paid based on collections minus office overhead. As a partner your take-home salary is higher than as an associate, and the practice encourages the partner route. It is also possible to start as an associate and later become a partner. The average Comfort Dental Partner has a take-home pay of over $400,000/year.

The practice is located in Louisville, CO, with quick access to downtown Denver. It is a desirable area with access to outdoor recreation and a short drive to stadiums for Rockies or Broncos games. The office is conveniently located off the highway with 6 operatories. Equipment includes a CBCT for implant placement, complex molar endodontics, or airway/breathing analysis, and a Trios 3shape scanner for crowns, bridges, removable appliances, or surgical guides.

Our team includes highly trained expanded-function dental assistants.

New graduates are welcome. A mentorship option is available with access to one of the partners for guidance as needed.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Proficiency in prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery
• Experience with CAD/CAM technology for restorative dentistry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care
