Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Electro-Optical MBSE Systems Engineer to join our team in Louisville, CO! Model data will be translated into clear, actionable artifacts-such as Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and diagrams-that become the primary communication tools for cross functional teams. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, program managers, and subject matter experts to gather accurate information, populate the model, and validate its fidelity, as well as providing training, mentorship, and best practice guidance to team members on model usage and data entry.
By integrating MBSE outputs into daily workflows, the MBSE Model Lead will underpin robust system design, enable effective requirements traceability, and drive informed decision making throughout the program. #LI-CS1
