Compensation: $100k - $130k + Equity (competitive)

You’ll design, implement, and execute plans to test computer hardware and optical systems, ensuring products meet stringent specifications. • Test & Validate Hardware – Develop and execute test plans for hardware and optical systems, debugging issues and ensuring functionality.
• End-to-End Ownership – Own test setups, equipment, and processes, providing actionable results to engineering teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with design engineers, vendors, and partners to maintain high-quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement – Design new test fixtures and tools, implement hardware validations, and improve existing processes.
• Technical Support – Assist technicians and engineering teams in troubleshooting and testing.
• Travel – Up to 10% for supplier or lab visits.

• Strong experience in hardware testing, Python, and optical system validation.
• Attention to detail and ability to detect subtle failures or inconsistencies.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical results clearly.
• Aptitude for designing and implementing test tools and processes.
• Hands‑on problem solver with a bias for action.
