You will work with the space and engineering branches to ensure successful integration of the space industry into the larger system of systems. Your expertise and innovative thinking will be critical to ensuring capabilities are delivered to overcome the threat.

- Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments
- Lead one or more sections or a small department
- Plan, conduct and supervise assignments, generally involving larger and more important projects or multiple projects.
- Evaluate and determine changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility.
- Determine candidates for employment/termination, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and is responsible for the application of company policies.
- Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program.
- Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software.
- BS 2-4 or MS 0-2 years of experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks
- Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
