The AES CE Operations team is hiring a Portfolio Asset Management Analyst with a passion for the renewable or energy field. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to analyze and organize information, develop capabilities, and improve processes. Responsibilities will include project reporting and coordination of financial, commercial, compliance management and administrative tasks as well as coordination and oversight of the operations and maintenance of the assets.

• Manage compliance of project transaction documents (PPAs, IAs, Lease, Finance, O&M, etc.) including delivering any reporting or otherwise defined contractual obligations
• Support resolution or mitigation of any major plant outages/equipment failures
• Collaborate with various teams to identify asset performance optimization opportunities
• Oversee project financial matters (P&L responsibility), prepare annual budgets, and continually track and explain variance to budget within assigned portfolios
