RCS is a rapidly growing private equity owner/operator of real estate with over 50 employees, located in Louisville, CO. RCS has over 40 years of operational and real estate expertise. The company’s current portfolio is comprised of over 18 million square feet across commercial, single tenant net lease, multi-family, and residential/resort properties that are valued more than $2.7 billion. RCS has a highly active investment platform with plans to acquire a minimum of an additional $1 billion of new assets over the next few years.

RCS properties are located nationally.

• Creating proformas using Argus and Excel
• Drafting offers
• Reviewing leases, purchase contracts, and other legal documents
• Collecting and analyzing due diligence information
• Market analysis and forecasting
• Creating loan and equity request packages
• Creating investment committee packages to present to senior executives
• Business analysis
• Work closely with the acquisitions, asset management, legal, and other teams to assist with the many other duties involved in acquiring commercial assets

• Creative and highly analytic problem solvers; ability to quickly digest information on new markets and complex projects
• Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Economics (or related work experience)
• Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, communication, and writing skills
• Strong Argus valuation software skills
• Interest and/or experience in commercial real estate investments
• 1-3+ years of commercial real estate underwriting and investment experience

• Ability to comply with company rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with internal and external parties through two-way verbal and written communication (speech, hearing, and writing)
• Ability to analyze and communicate finance and accounting information
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to work independently and be able to accurately discern when to refer matters to supervisor
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel
