• Teach file structuring and file management, acting as a mentor for the 6 new loan officers hired in the last 30 days.
• Support and lead your team’s development, building an unstoppable, elite group of loan officers.
• Manage pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach team members.

• Experienced Loan Officer with real skills and a winning attitude.
• Master of Conventional, Government and Non‑QM loans.
• Fluent in DU/LP.
• Excellent knowledge of Fannie/Freddie, comfortable navigating back‑handed processes.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of leading a team.
• Relentless work ethic, able to hustle hard 12‑15 hours per day.
• Demonstrated ability to teach file structuring and support others.

• Remote position.
