• Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports to support management decision-making and presentations.
• Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business improvements.
• Prepare financial forecasts and operating expense analyses in a distributor-heavy environment.
• Compile monthly financial statements and collaborate with accounting and leadership teams on accruals and reporting.
• Support annual budget preparation and consolidation, as well as monthly forecasting of financial results and cash flow.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with long-range planning and consolidated budget analysis.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive financial reports by collecting, formatting, and explaining data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting and finance principles.
• Knowledge of general ledger structures and financial statements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with FP&A software preferred.

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 + 5% profit sharing potential.

This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office in Louisville CO.
