RCS is a real estate investment company based in Louisville, CO, focusing on acquisitions and management for complex and structured opportunities. The company sources value-add deals and opportunistic/ high‑barrier markets and aims to grow its private equity real estate portfolio with operations and asset management across the United States.
ResponsibilitiesThe Acquisitions Analyst position will assist in the acquisition of investment properties across various markets and will entail the following:
- Creating proformas using Argus and Excel
- Drafting offers
- Reviewing leases, purchase contracts, and other legal documents
- Collecting and analyzing due diligence information
- Market analysis and forecasting
- Creating loan and equity request packages
- Creating investment committee packages to present to senior executives
- Business analysis
- Work closely with the acquisitions, asset management, legal, and other teams to assist with the many other duties involved in acquiring commercial assets
- Demonstrated understanding of financial topics and experience underwriting commercial real estate assets
- Proven Excel skills and competency utilizing complex formulas
- Proven writing and verbal communication skills; with sound judgment are a must
- Knowledge of Argus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Limited travel to visit potential acquisition deals is required

- Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Economics (or related work experience)
- Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, communication, and writing skills
- Strong Argus valuation software skills
- 1-3+ years of commercial real estate underwriting and investment experience
