Job SummaryBoulder Medical Center (BMC) is seeking experienced Medical Assistants and/or medically trained candidates to join our local Resource Team! This is a benefits-eligible position working full-time, Monday through Friday. This position is based at our Louisville clinic location at 80 Health Park Dr., Suite 100, Louisville, CO 80027. The Resource Team is ideal for those who enjoy variety and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of care.

- Experience working with both primary care and specialty care clinics.
- Perform clinic administrative duties, including answering incoming telephone calls, obtaining and/or verifying patient information, patient check-in/out, and coordinating accurate patient appointments.
- Obtain patient medical history, vital signs, chart preparation, medication dosage and frequency, patient allergens, and assist with medical examinations.
- Maintain accurate and strict confidentiality of patient information in electronic and/or manual systems as established by the appropriate protocols, regulations, and policies.
- Prepare examination room, ensuring proper equipment is present and room is adequately stocked.
- Document all aspects of the patient encounter on an electronic medical record system.
- Must be able to recognize and identify patient symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to and work at all four BMC sites, as assigned.
- Must be available by phone to accept assignment changes as needed.
- Completion of Medical Assistant education (certification not required but preferred).
- Other completed medical training, education, and proof of active certification is an acceptable substitution. Must have worked with the certification 1-2 years (e.g., EMT, Surgical Tech, CNA).
- Military medical training and education with supporting documentation is an acceptable substitution.
- College graduates with a completed four‑year bachelor’s degree is an acceptable substitution. College transcripts must reflect completed health science coursework.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) in a clinic setting, 1‑2 years a must.
- $18.91 – $25.21/hour (full pay range: $18.91 – $28.36).
