Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on‑site role for a Two Way Radio Technician located in Louisville, CO. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing two‑way radio systems, maintaining and testing radio communication equipment, and assisting in the installation of electronic and wireless devices. The technician will also be expected to work collaboratively with team members to ensure reliable and smooth operation of radio frequency (RF) systems for clients.
Qualifications- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with wireless technologies and practical knowledge of radio systems and equipment preferred.
- Understanding of radio frequency (RF) systems and proficiency in handling electronics-related tasks preferred but not required. A willingness to learn, retain, and perform.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with diligence in assembling and maintaining electronic communication devices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and with clients.
- Relevant technical certifications or an associate degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field is a plus but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in a similar role or hands‑on knowledge of two‑way radio systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
