We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing urgent care team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of NP/PA experience, preferably in an urgent care, emergency room, or fast‑paced clinical setting. You will play a key role in delivering patient‑centered care, collaborating with other providers, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
WhatYou'll Do
- Provide comprehensive, patient‑focused care in an urgent care setting.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of common illnesses and injuries.
- Interpret basic X‑rays (first reads) and EKGs.
- Collaborate with patients on care decisions through open, respectful communication.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation.
- Participate in continuous learning and be open to new procedures or service lines.
- Work closely with fellow practitioners to foster a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
- Uphold the highest levels of patient satisfaction and compassionate care.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado.
- Minimum 1 year of NP/PA experience required (urgent care preferred).
- Valid DEA license required, and DOT as well as WC certification or willingness to obtain required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful patient relationships.
- Ability to perform and interpret basic X‑ray and EKG readings.
- Flexible and adaptable to clinic needs and scheduling.

This position is full‑time, 30‑40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends required. Clinic hours M‑F 8 AM‑8 PM and S‑S 8 AM‑5 PM.
Providers supported by highly‑trained medical staff. On‑site CLIA‑approved lab with CBC and CMP point‑of‑care.
Compensation$65.00–$85.00 per hour.
