The Skilled Nursing Registered Nurse RN provides high quality nursing services to community residents based on each resident’s individual service plan and physician’s orders. Responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well‑being.

Compensation: $48-$50/hr + $6 night shift differential.

Schedule: Full‑time & Part‑time Night Shift (Alternating Weeks).

• Monitor residents’ well‑being and report any changes in condition.
• Effectively supervise departmental operations on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Communicate, identify, report, and document problems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately.
• Identify and recommend other disciplines needed for quality care of the resident.
• Document evaluation and nursing interventions including resident response.
• Assess resident and staff knowledge base of disease processes, treatment regimens, and medication administration, and assist with care plans.
• Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director.
• Assist with Medication Management Program.
• Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process.
• Present required new hire training and ongoing skills training for associates.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• One‑year or more experience as a nurse in a senior care setting (preferred).
• Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with ports and Huber needles (plus).
• Experience in wound care.
• Hands‑on experience with dialysis shunts (plus).

• Current active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program.
