Grounds Manager - NKY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Manager to oversee and maintain the outdoor areas of our facilities in the Greater Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grounds management, with the ability to lead a team, manage landscaping projects, and ensure the grounds are safe, attractive, and well‑maintained year‑round.

• Plan, organize, and supervise all grounds maintenance activities including landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and seasonal clean‑up.
• Manage and train groundskeeping staff to ensure high standards of work and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets for grounds operations.
• Monitor the condition of grounds and facilities, identifying areas for improvement or repair.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for grounds upkeep.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations related to grounds and outdoor facilities.

• Proven experience as a Grounds Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, and grounds maintenance practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
