Sales Associate

Location: Louisville, CO Pay Range: $17–$22 per hour (based on experience), Paid holidays and commission will be paid (in addition to hourly wage) once the employee works at the company for 6 months.

Position Summary:
Sales Associate - Full Time e-bike of Colorado is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Associate. In this role, you'll help customers discover the perfect e‑bike and accessories to match their lifestyle. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just passionate about helping people and learning new skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a fast‑paced, fun, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting e‑bikes and accessories that meet their needs and preferences
• Offer test rides and ensure bikes are properly fitted and ready to go
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and bike inventory
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems and complete transactions efficiently
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge through ongoing training
• Assist with bike cleaning or adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for cycling and a basic understanding of bike components (experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the team
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move bikes (up to 100 lbs)
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use software systems to complete sales and inventory tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, and maneuver bicycles and equipment up to 100 lbs
• Perform repetitive motions with hands/wrists and work in a sometimes noisy environment
• Occasionally use ladders, stairs, or step stools
