** OVERVIEW:
** We are adding to our Service Department and are hiring anHVAC/R Technician. We're looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience working in Commercial HVAC applications. The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.
* Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
* Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
* Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
* Keeps current on all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
* Provide technical support to customers.
* Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** 3+ years’ experience as an HVAC/R Technician
* Boiler and Chillers experience
* RTU Install and Service
* Split System AC and Furnace Install and Service
* Valid CO Driver’s License and Clear MVR
* Current EPA License
* Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical ensuring you can perform the duties of the job.
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Willingness to be a team player and possess leadership qualities.
