JOB SUMMARYThe Revenue Auditor compiles and audits revenue, records and control documents. Prepares reports for all areas of the gaming operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for preparing audit and distribution of daily operating reports.
- Verifying soft count deposits using accounting software.
- Auditing and accounting for all control documents and preparing exception reports for all errors.
- Reviewing, compiling, and reporting taxable earnings information, including ensuring proper authorization of all transactions.
- Reviews journal entries on a daily basis to ensure accuracy.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of accounting experience or two years of formal accounting education is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
