• Take ownership of elements of the month‑end close, including preparing and posting journal entries
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records
• Contribute to accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
• Support sales tax compliance, including data review, adjustments, and filings
• Maintain organized documentation and follow accounting procedures to support internal controls and audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years of experience (internships absolutely count)

• A solid grasp of accounting basics and a willingness to learn more
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
