This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Louisville, KY. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting with audits, and identifying opportunities for financial improvement. The Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with various departments and leadership to maintain accurate and timely financial data.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger management
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role is preferred
