Senior Manager Financial Reporting & Consolidations

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a large, privately held consumer products organization seeking a Senior Manager of Consolidations & Reporting. This newly created position will lead global consolidations, external reporting, technical accounting, audit support, and compliance while helping build a more sophisticated reporting function and leading a small team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with a strong technical accounting and reporting background who enjoys improving processes, developing teams, and supporting complex business transactions. The position will report to senior accounting leadership, manage an experienced professional, and have the opportunity to expand the team over time.

• Global Consolidations and Intercompany Accounting
• External and Quarterly Financial Reporting
• Technical Accounting Research and Memoranda
• Accounting Policies and Reporting Procedures
• Acquisition and Divestiture Accounting Support
• Cash-Flow Reporting and Analysis
• Audit Coordination and Support
• Bank Compliance Reporting
• Reporting Package Development
• Financial Reporting Process Improvement
• Team Leadership and Development
• Cross-Functional Accounting Partnership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Active CPA required
• Approximately eight or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
• Public accounting or significant audit experience strongly preferred
• Experience preparing or reviewing consolidations, financial reports, and cash-flow statements
• Experience researching complex accounting matters and preparing technical memoranda
