Enrolled Agent​/CPA

If you’re an experienced accounting professional who enjoys partnering with leadership teams, improving financial processes, and making a measurable impact, this could be an excellent next step. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Enrolled Agent/CPA to provide financial leadership across multiple client engagements in Tucson, AZ.

• Serve as the Controller and trusted financial advisor for multiple clients
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Develop budgets and forecasts
• Strengthen internal controls and support annual audits
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Mentor accounting staff and maintain strong client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Public accounting, consulting, or outsourced accounting experience preferred
• CPA preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
