Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining seamless day-to-day operations for a high-performing executive. The Person al Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and commitments are efficiently managed.
Responsibilities- Manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and time prioritization for the CEO
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics
- Oversee daily email management, including inbox organization, drafting responses, and flagging priority communications
- Run personal and household errands as needed, including shopping, deliveries, returns, and vendor coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking action items across both personal and professional initiatives
- Prepare materials, documents, or summaries in support of meetings and projects
- Serve as a discreet, professional point of contact on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to the firm owner on various meetings, communications, and events
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism at all times

- Previous personal assistant experience required; experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred
- Proven record of organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills and professional discretion
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to work both in-person and remotely, depending on the CEO’s needs
- High level of reliability, integrity, and confidentiality
- Tech‑savvy with comfort managing digital calendars, email systems, and productivity tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling matters of a highly confidential nature; an ability to assume a high degree of responsibility; an ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups; and an ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented
- Able to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction
