Position: Office or Home Digital Processing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Processing Clerk to join our team, either working from our office or remotely from home. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of digital documents and data processing tasks that support our daily operations.

Key Objectives
  • Accurately process and manage digital documents and data entries
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems to support operational workflows
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of processing tasks
  • Adhere to company policies and data security protocols
Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and input digital documents into designated systems with high accuracy
  • Verify data for completeness and correctness before processing
  • Maintain and update electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Perform routine quality checks and report any inconsistencies
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and in accordance with data protection guidelines
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned to enhance overall office or remote workflow efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital document management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially when working remotely
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members virtually or in person
  • Prior experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative support preferred
