Randstad is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Downtown Louisville. This role offers up to $20/hr with provided parking.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3–5 years of administrative or front‑office support (Non‑profit experience is a plus).
  • Skills:

    Proficiency in GSuite, MS Office, and social media.
  • Attributes: A detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives under pressure and can work independently.
  • Education:

    Degree or Associate’s preferred.

Salary: $19 - $20 per hour |

Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, answering calls, responding to text messages and emails.
  • Administrative Support: Updates internal standard operating procedures, participates in team meetings and follows up on deliverables, supports the Operations Manager in resolving operational issues, sorts and distributes mail/faxes/emails, orders/stores/organizes office supplies, manages incoming/outgoing mail/packages, and performs general office administrative and clerical duties.
  • Data Management: Accurately and timely enters data into various system of record platforms. Maintains logs and spreadsheets for office activities and events. Tracks client demographics, needs, and accomplishments for reporting.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assists management in analyzing data and preparing reports for governmental and funding agencies. Generates and compiles reports related to client tracking, service delivery, and follow‑up.
  • Event Coordination: Maintains and monitors the departmental "Calendar of Events" across platforms and coordinates logistics for internal and external activities.
