Automotive Receptionist

Neil Huffman Imports is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!

Our receptionists are often the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating a welcoming experience. This position also provides administrative and clerical support to the dealership team.

Schedule: Part-Time | Evenings & Saturdays

• Greet customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department

• Take and deliver accurate messages

• Communicate with callers professionally and efficiently while minimizing hold times

• Provide basic information to customers with general inquiries

• Extend hospitality to customers in the waiting area

• Accurately log incoming sales calls

• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and work area

• Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift

• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A friendly and professional demeanor

• Dependability and punctuality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment

• Basic computer and administrative skills

• Ability to work evening and Saturday hours
