Drives the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth goals, leading cross‑functional teams and partnering across departments to optimize spend, elevate brand positioning, and support long‑term revenue growth.

• Develop and manage the annual marketing strategy and calendar in alignment with growth goals.
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Partner with Finance and IT to analyze data and optimize marketing spend.
• Lead and mentor the project management, creative, and field marketing teams.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Build a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Translate strategic objectives into compelling messaging frameworks and creative concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the VP of Growth to evolve Trilogy’s brand positioning and differentiation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to align marketing efforts with census goals and resident engagement.
• Support service line innovation by marketing new amenities and programming that attract future consumers.
• Absorb and operationalize marketing‑relevant responsibilities from the VP of Growth role, including strategic planning for long‑term revenue growth, external brand strategy, stakeholder messaging, and market research and competitive analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor Degree

Experience:

15+ years

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co‑workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
