POSITION SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Site Merchandising Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end operations of our eCommerce business. Responsibilities include order management, business development, customer service, inventory management, pricing strategy, and collaboration with various departments within NFI Parts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own the entire order management process including order entry, shipment confirmation, and other related activities.
  • Coordinate with Parts Operations, Parts and Procurement, Business Systems, and other Parts teams to develop process improvements and ensure maintenance of eCommerce platforms.
  • Oversee product pricing and identify opportunities to grow product sales and margins with pricing changes.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team on new product development, including identifying new opportunities, creating new product listings, and optimizing key work.
  • Analyze eCommerce metrics to detect areas of improvement within the existing product portfolio.
  • Monitor eCommerce platform inboxes and provide timely responses to customer messages regarding product and order related inquiries.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Business Development, or Marketing.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
