We serve forward-thinking businesses who ship, box, wrap, and tape - helping them minimize the environmental impact of their packaging. We do this by working with the world’s best packaging suppliers, innovating towards better solutions, and delivering more sustainable options + logistics excellence to our customers. We seek energized problem-solvers who want to do good business and do good.

When something goes sideways: a delay, a print defect, a missed spec - you'll lead the quality resolution and get it right for the customer. You'll sit at the center of our Customer Success, Creative, Back of House (BOH), and Sales teams, and report to the Assurance lead.

This is an entry-level role with real ownership and a clear path to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with Creative on proof and file questions that affect production timing
Partner quality and performance
  • Lead our weekly QC meeting, reviewing outrun samples from print partners and documenting findings and follow-ups
  • Gather partner data and build the presentations for partner performance reviews
  • Own the partner scorecard data, keeping on-time, quality and proofing metrics accurate and current
Quality resolutions
  • Own quality issues on assigned orders: gather details, document the issue, work with partners on root cause
  • Drive resolutions (reprints, credits, replacements) quickly and communicate outcomes clearly

Capture patterns in quality issues and bring them to the weekly QC meeting
  • Work daily with Customer Success, Creative, BOH, and Sales to keep orders moving
  • Keep order records and project boards accurate so anyone can see where an order stands
