Aboutthe team
Renewals is where Workable's revenue gets protected. The team works directly with customers everywhere we operate, helping them get more value out of the data Workable gives them about their people and their hiring, and making sure that value shows up in the numbers when it's time to renew.
About the roleAs a Renewals Coordinator, you'll own the renewal cycle for a defined book of business, following the playbook and pricing guidance the team has already built. You'll run most renewals independently, and loop in a senior teammate the moment a negotiation gets complicated or a contract needs a structure outside the norm. This is a high-volume, global book, and data and dashboards will tell you where to focus — but you'll also build the judgment to know when the standard motion is enough and when an account needs more attention.
It's a great stepping stone for someone who wants to learn how we work at Workable, understand our customers, and build real commercial depth, one account at a time. The experience will help you develop a strong foundation for future opportunities across our go-to-market (GTM) teams.
What you'll do- Own the end-to-end renewal cycle for your book of business: keep every quote-to-close step accurate and on schedule, and stay on top of a high volume of accounts so nothing falls through the cracks
- Read account data through Salesforce, dashboards, and health scores to catch renewal risk early, decide where your attention is best spent, and keep an accurate forecast
- Handle renewal negotiations using approved pricing and packaging guidance, and lean on the team's playbook and senior teammates when a deal turns complex
- Get in front of key stakeholders before the renewal is due, to learn their budget cycle and anything that could hold the deal up
- Walk customers through pricing and packaging options, using templates and guidance the team has built
- Make the case for Workable's value clearly, in writing and in conversation
- Feed what you learn back into the team's playbooks: email cadences, segmentation, whatever makes the next renewal easier
This is a great fit if you want to start your commercial career somewhere that will teach you the fundamentals of account management and renewals, with a clear playbook and real ownership from day one.
